It sends a statemet out to lenders that CNP is not a basket case - if financing is there (and development finance which is notoriously hard) it means there is strong hopr for Apr 30.....especially given we are in the worst credit crunch since 87.
This is just what was needed to start the turnaround in SP in my view ...but DYOR
