    Hi,Mprdham:
    The announcement is supposed to be come out on the 15th of January,2009. But we would never know they might have earlier announcement if all the document are signed prior to that date. I would get in today on both shares, just in case not missin the boats(either way). Sometimes share market is really hard to predict, trading halt might come early.
