Not new Selmax, in and out of cer and cnp since dec 2007 lost a bucket load and made some in others, back now only on cer and managed to average down to mid 3's now this time round.
Just fail to see cnp now above cer and with the nta being 71c and share price being 3c thats around 4% of nta, other reits are around 39% of nta. Cnp nta negative and cer positive, give me a break, someone knows something and even a friend asked me if the banks could use cer to underwrite cnp, well I hope not as cer is the best bet in near term I think.
