have seen an increase of investment literature lately, implying that now is a good time to be reconsidering the reit sector.
i see that despite massive asset write downs, cnp are still managing to produce a solid cash profit, in fact their p/e is around 1!
on the flipside the NTA of cer appears stronger. which stock do people think is better? or should i be sidestepping centro altogether?
thoughts appreciated.
