SURELY the court would not allow PwC to prevail considering this is likely a simple oversight or "technicality", and the downside of allowing the PwC motion is bad for EVERYONE - not just shareholders?
How odd that the auditors of the mess that is Centro with BILLIONS in the wind, are now wanting to stand up and be counted for a "mere" 100 mill.
