cnp shareholders association

I read in some news reports about the CNP Shareholders Association which claims to hold nearly 25% of the registry amongst it's holders.

They are quoted in the media frequently, but other than asking a few questions at the AGM what are they really doing?

A quick look at the site shows it has little activity since 2009.

I am sure the aim is to get a fair go for smaller holders, but how, what are they actively working on.

My questions are to seek understanding not question motive or intent, so if any of the Association Leaders are out there can they help clarify what they are aiming at and what they are working on.
