everything i have read here on HC and in the papers has always suggested the CNP gearing is extremely high even being suggested as high as 90%
i can see what you are saying from that one release but to treat one report in isolation is folly because CNP's troubles run very deep.
i do not agree with the premise they have to have a fire sale though,it might come to that but they do have until February to refinance.
CNP is a risky play,make no mistake but in fairness i believe we have to clearly see all comments and to break them all down into coherent and acceptable postings.
One of the major problems for CNP has been and will continue to be full disclosure of its affairs but to really see that might open a whole bigger can of worms!
