    Depends on your focus...is it based on corporate incentive, or fundamental health.

    I choose CNP over CER simply to make more money based on my proposed timeframe as a shareholder...and with this goes all manner of reasons, including but not limited to liquidity and trading patterns.

    Each to their own.
