hi thooh, there are two diffrent bussiness, afg is rely on credit to do bussiness, the world is tight on credit and hard to get, there are not much bussiness for afg to go on, cnp is a simple bussiness, borrow money to buy shopping centers and rent it out, as long as the center is in a good position, rental income will be keep comming.....

cnp is in the same position as afg with high borrowing, still risk is high, only need one idiot in one of the bank disagree, cnp will be falling in the same boat as afg, somehow, I believe the banks are a bit nervous to sink cnp cause the amonut of billions of dollars are too big for the banks to write it off..........mmm
