CNQ doesnt even have to have any potential, any new direction anything.
All it needs for it's stock to go higher is for someone with big pockets to take an interest, to buy up all the floating supply, then the SP can only go in one direction. Up.
So we see who has the bigger pockets, the bears or the bulls.
