This increase in volume has absolutely nothing to do with increased interest in stock. It’s a very common scenario after capital raise takes place. The sp dropped from 46c to 38c (cr level) and below. So called sophisticated investors sold their shares higher as they are getting new ones at 20% discount. Also, retail shareholders, who didn’t get a chance to participate in cr, have snapped some at this 35-38c level.
6.5 million new shares were issued, and additional 6.5 million shares will be issued to RF. So, big dilution and makes sense for retail to buy more at this level.
