All that needs to happen now to make it possible for Australian companies to directly tap into the United States DoD warchest, is for President Biden to sign this legislation into law. Since President Biden "started this", and both the Senate and the House passed it, I am sure that President Biden will sign it without hesitation. Once that happens, it will just be a matter of time before both CleanTeq and Sunrise get an infusion of capital.
