That would be great. But I think that is too optimistic. I expect the following:

• $5M placement
• price per new share: 30c or slightly higher
• retail investors will not be allowed to participate
• company will be able to raise the complete requested amount
• Mr. Friedland will increase his holding, but will stay under 20%
• share price will drop to 29c-30c on high volume within next week

If the company is able to raise the complete requested amount this will be a good sign. The CR might offer a very good opportunity to accumulate in my opinion. If the SP drops below 30c, I will definitely buy more shares.

We will soon find out who is right. I cross fingers for you, since the outcome you expect is much better for us.
