CNQ General Discussion, page-369

I've spent the last couple of days reading up on this company.

My take out is cash flow is at the critical tipping point, I mean its trying to cross into cash flow posivitive but not there just yet.

This Quarters cashflow will be bolstered by the below:
1 - Heathgate circa $4.5 million
2 - Townsville Water $ unknown but currently commissioning
3 - Additional $200k from capital raise

They have a significant amount of technology that if commerical takeup happens on a large scale will be company changing with any single one of them, not to mention if all of them are adopted. There is a lot of news for updates of projects due very soon which could trigger a re-rating.

Initially I was questioning are they trying to do to much and not focusing on a key product offering, but they are advanced on alot of them and the model of partnering will hopefully avoid the need to raise huge amounts of capital to commericalise.

While cashflow is my main concern, the frontier technoligies along with the $27million market cap and 72 million shares on issue are hard to look past. I've taken a bite and will look to topup with positive news or capital raise.
