In the meantime I have received answers to our questions regarding the Phosphix trials (update will be in the next quarterly, which will be released on October 31st) and Bionex (see annual report). These answers are identical to the answers which have already been posted here.
According to my reasearch CNQ is currently working through implementing the new strategy (see annual report; page 27 "outlook"). Once that new strategy is implemented they will look for a new CEO. So Peter Voigt will remain CEO for the time being.
