Some people have been trying to find a peer to PRU in order to do a peer comparison.

While there are a couple of advanced explorers in West Africa there's really none close to PRUs stage of development and resource size.

I think flyboy mentiond CNT in Egypt, and he's right that this is probably as close as we can get, except CNT is a year or so ahead.

I think these stats are correct but shout out if not:

CNT; 1b on issue at $2.37, $2.3b mc, cash $110m, no debt, EV $2.27b, 13.2m oz au @ 1.5 g/t, $172 EV to oz au valuation, aiming to produce 200k oz in 2010 ramping up to 500k..

PRU; 363k on issue at $ 1.71, $621m mc, cash $110, no debt, EV $511m, 7.1m oz au @ 2g/t, $71.9 EV to oz au valuation, aiming to produce 220k in 2011 ramping up to 300++ (depending).

As you can see, PRU way undervalued compared to CNT, just on the basic figures.

Now, if you slap the CAD$3 valuation on CNT that gives them an EV of about $2.9b, and an EV to oz au of about $225 an ounce.

If you slap an EV of $2.9b onto PRU that gives a share price of about $7.70 I think...

That can't be right!!

Can someone correct those figures, or should PRU eventually be re-rated a bit...
