    I'll get the negative out of the way first. A MOU is not a signed contract or done deal, just more a notice of intention that they are under a more serious discussion etc and MAY result in such. I would be nice to have more particulars of proposed royalty percentages. But early days yet.

    On the positive side this is a good step forward for Carbon. Clearing hurdles such as Local and State Government permissions is not a quick process in China as many may be aware. Once a Commercial demonstration plant is up and running with no problems, such may assist Carbon's timelines in expanding in China.

    Needless to say, once a signed contract is in place along with a successful project demonstration/completion, then this may well be considered a Company altering project along with SP value.

    This won't happen overnight, however for the faithful some consideration to accumulation may be circulating in the old brain waves.
