Hibba, thanks for the reminder about CXY and ENB. I'm no company (or any other kind of) lawyer but I understand that an MOU is more formal than a HOA. Even so, it had no binding power between CXY and ENB, and a HOA would have had even less. Seems like an interesting development between CNX and "China's second biggest coal company" but maybe you should save your excitement for when contracts are signed.
