Yes it is confusing DC but don't worry about it, it's a Qld thing. The press release probably came from the Office the same Minister (his name escapes me at the moment) who recently told AgForce (in reply to a question about CSG fraccing) not to worry about the BTEX contamination because it's naturally occurring in the groundwater and there's nothing anyone can do about it anyway.
