I accept that government risk is something that companies cannot easily manage (unless imo they have political muscle).

However, there appears to be no government issues in Chile. In such cases if targets are missed it is because they were unrealistic in the first place or because of poor management or both.

I'm not a pessimist either (although I one could be forgiven for thinking otherwise). I am concerned however that Chile appears to be the only potentially commercially viable project right now and I certainly hope that management is communicating realistic targets rather than fond hopes and that management is up to the task.

Remember that there is a limit to the number of times a company can disappoint shareholders before it loses credibility.
