    So Ms Jones has given CNX the green light. Truly incredible that the same 'strict conditions' weren't imposed on CXY:

    This is obviously great news if you hold CNX. I guess they didn't use a whiteboard.

    Perhaps a prelude to good news for CXY after their Feb 28 appeal?
