Eddie his team and the Chair are all excellent. They are working hard to diversify the revenue streams of the company. You are right that Eddie is effectively a founder as he joined the company after being a cornerstone investor in the Pushstart Accelerator which invested early on and helped Sarah-Jane and Stephen get started. Eddie has brought on a seasoned suite of executives and is executing a longer term vision that this will be THE safe place for parents, kids and grandparents to effectively have a private family social network.

I went to the last AGM and spoke with Eddie: he is totally on top of the metrics (the engagement metrics are insane) and is laying the foundations for a super-trusted media play that premium brands are and will increasingly flock to. It would appear that the main thing that has been holding the company back to date is getting to cash flow positive.

I would also note that the Pushstart Trust which held in excess of 1m shares recently did a in-specie distribution of those shares to unit holders so it's possible that there maybe also be some profit-taking underway.

Good post. I think the Red Tri buy is a good fit for TNY and for me this current discount to the proposed SPP is too big to pass up.... I've topped up.
