MS
I have always said that I like Coldry and am looking for an entry into ESI if I see value.
To date, I have not been convinced that ESI is a good investment and hence the reason for posting, to see if any points I raise that are construed as negative by the "ra ra" crowd can actually be argued with black and white fact to prove my research wrong.
Sadly, I either get DYOR, call the Co or go back to the other stock or similar. At least A endeavours to engage - although I feel he is to emmotively attached at time to be impartial.
MS, your statement from Neil is a great example.
"ECT’s expertise in commercialising technology is an excellent fit with Monash Capital’s experience..."
What expertise has ECT shown in commercialising Coldry in the past 5 years? How many $10's of millions has been raised in CR, convert notes, drawdown facilities, placements, share dilution, etc. that has been said being allocated to commercialising Coldry? With that sort of money spent to date, why isn't Coldry already a commercial success story?
Of course, the answer to that is that is the past and we should be focusing on the NOW.
How can any statement from a completely unknown and unrelated individual with the promise of bringing $4 mill to the table, be taken as gospel?
Are we that desperate that anyone who promises to be a CSI and hand over $4 mill for a stack of ESI and ESIO that they are seen as the colloquial Messiah and not to be questioned?
Who is this dude and who are Monash? BR reckons he has found something, but I haven't found squat apart from what is stated in the ESI ann.
Global organisation. HQ in HK. $300 million in assets. Access to larger tranches (sounds impressive), but little to anything on Google searches.
OK - so I call the HK office - you get a recorded greeting to push 1 to speak to the Australian office as no one is in at present. (Have tried several times during business hours).
You then get transferred to what sounds like a mobile phone message bank where the greeting is "Hello you've reached Mark, please leave a message".
Does this sound like the operation of a $300 mill global organisation? The same organisation that is creating IMFAMA that will be ESI's CSI moving forward?
Well - does it?
...and I am the one who is apparently ignorant.
Don't get me wrong, the $4 mill is a done deal and there could be a stack of cash on the way through other means, it's just hard for me to believe all the hype and rhetoric in the mean time.
Time will tell.
