ECT do not have control over the actions of another entity, so whilst they may with all conviction say that something is happening, that other party may decide differently.
Dare I even use the $4 mill ann's of it will happen 5 days after the EGM, then it will happen within 2 weeks.
Was ESI telling lies when they made these ann's?
I don't believe so, they were repeating what they had been advised by the other entity and with all the best intentions to adhere to that timeframe.
P - fair point re the MOU if it is still in place. Business as usual then.
