Not many passengers travelling between Ballarat and Geelong. Good story to keep the BM protestors at bay but a search of Google maps shows the line does actually run through Mantle's BM tentements. One of the obvious appeals for Exergen. Interesting to note that one of Exergen's Billion dollar partners is the company working on the upgrades. It has all fallen into place perfectly.
You may be confused by upgrades to the Melbourne line.
