i trade my stocks as a company, i have a company structure set up and have trusts attached to the co, therefore any money that is not dispersed through the trust is paid out at 30%, the trust is usefull for dispersing the fund through my spouse, children etc.
For short term trades ie classified as a trader not investor i have another co. as the tax is also calculated on stocks you currently hold not just the ones you have sold
