If the Teneo Touch has been evaluated by the FDA and is OK to use in trials- then UNIS would have to change their statement or remove it and if it's for an exclusive customer in a drug/syringe/AI (Teneo Touch) combination. Then it's probably best to wait until the drug combo is formally approved.
It's all a guess on my part but it looks good.

This is speculation on my part-
I see strategic stakes being taken in UNIS at Amgen prices and announcements that all stake holders may add to their holdings via the normal market. I have seen Sanofi do this before.
