Just speculation of course. Perhaps ONTY has been more succesful with the patients than anticipated. If that is the case they could not morally continue giving the other half the placebo and let them die. If that is the case, as with PRR, the trial in its current form would be stopped and all patients would be given the actual drug. What do you think.
