What Graham Lloyd has failed to understand is that "Climate Sensitivity" will always have a 'range'. Because Earth has an Ocean and therefore dynamic climate system the added energy (W/M2) attributed to the doubling of CO2e will not translate to an absolute surface air Temperature figure (degrees Celsius) like it would on Mars for instance.
Basically the whole article in the Newspaper is a giant ***,
"Alarmist projections....."
The OP is an excellent example to why I don't read Newspapers for Science.
