    Scary version - something like: A creature like KBC trying/modeling/negotiating buying the debt and concurrently buying/shorting shares in case a billionaire-esque entity (ala Strike/Warrego energy) steps in. using my imagination here but cauterising the shareholders appears to be in process now?
