The corporate wokies are making it impossible to make long term plans for coal or coal fired power stations.

Other than sometimes holding an indirect interest in New Hope Coal via Brickworks or Soul Pats, I wouldn’t touch a direct investment in coal with a barge pole!

My broker keeps mentioning Aurizon, but I’m nervous about that one also with their big exposure to moving coal.

I’ll hold onto my mining services stocks, as they are well diversified across commodities.

Doesn’t mean it’s the right way for the country to be heading though.
