yes indeed, precisely because there is at present no credible argument against greenhouse gasses trapping heat. Perhaps BHP is not the best example because they are already diversified to exposure to copper and nickel. But a one trick pony like Saudi Aramco - do you think they would not love to hear that oil is harmless?
We'd probably still be mining asbestos if a compelling case had been made that it was harmless, but there wasn't.
