Section 4.4.5 refers to Calibration of industrial platinum resistance thermometers and Agromet probes (IPRTs) 2003. Standard procedurenumber Pt100_02SCP01.
You claim they've failed to release that procedure. And you seem to be implying there might be something wrong. I'm not aware that is the case. But you are welcome to provide evidence of those accusations if you have it.
But if you're worried about those procedures and BoM's performance overall I'd point to that being considered by the 2011 and 2015, 16 and 17 independent reviews.
