Are EV’s better?
I think that they are very good in certain applications, okay and worthwhile as a step towards a future with limited ICE vehicles and a necessity in the transition but they have a long way to go before they reach the “better” mark.
If you are talking just about a person who may average 20-40 kms a day then the most of what we have today should prove to be okay but above that things get a little shaky, nothing a leap forward in battery technology to reduce the weight and bump up charging parameters and then my Cu shares are going to ride the wave.
I don’t know how long it will take for EV’s to reach the point of being capable to match ice commercial vehicles but it will happen, the faster the better but it won’t happen over night.
