No way the new CO2 rules will effect current industry players, the tax is likely to apply to increases in CO2 emissions from current levels.
What’s the point of shutting down the steel industry what are we going to do go back to thatched roofing???
It will only serve to lock out new players interested in competing with the incumbents strengthening BSL’s / OST’s position
