A lot of people here are not wanting to get on ELK until they see a co2 contract.......dont miss the boat becouse co2 is almost a dead certainty considering significant volumes are currently being vented.......even if they didnt get co2, for a small drop in performance and a slight increase in cost the project could be successfully completed using solvents to wash the crude out......so either way this is a guaranteed winner that should be trading at about 5X the price.
