If the CoA does happen in April and AVQ wins, SMM hasn't completely lost in that they have kept a potential competitor on hold for much longer than even they could have hoped for.

While it may be legal, it seems so wrong. I wouldn't doubt that even some of the Axiom KB leaders are starting to have some doubts with their deal. That said, we would like to think that once the CoA decision is behind us and the money starts rolling in. all will be long forgotten. One thing the locals don't have is a perception of time like we live with day in day out. Nothing wrong with that either.
