That is an extraordinary remuneration and well-to-do board composition. There needs to be accountability to shareholders and the board hasn't delivered. Time to vote with our feet and say enough is enough. That is truly mind blowing with the amount spent on Directors fees/remuneration.
Something needs to happen here, as working capital is raised and just soaked away. Time to vote against adopting any future remuneration changes etc.
