CTP is sitting on 200PJ of gas (including a shedload of very valuable helium). They are busy negotiating with stakeholders so they can sell this gas into the East Coast domestic market. When that happens 2018-19 they will be well on their way to mid-tier status (or a takeover)

I'm sure CTP could find plenty of unskilled long term unemployed people with zero industry knowledge willing to work for the $38K minimum wage.
