Have never suggested that it was two blokes and a dog. From the ann on 20/10/2014 the wording does tend to suggest however that they did work out how to keep Sunrise "essentially economic" (whatever that means) by reducing transport costs which no doubt does include how to pay for the next tank of diesel.
Simply asking you to back up your statement with facts which have not been provided as yet. Should be a very simple exercise if it is industry standard as stated ?
