My dear friend, we had the opportunity to force a Board change last year when, all we needed at the time, was just 25% of the total votes voted against the Remuneration Resolution and bingo a BOARD SPILL WOULD HAVE BEEN ON THE CARD. But we missed it.
Someone fell for the sunshine emanating from someone's derriere and the gift of the ** of that same person, and cancelled/destroyed that opportunity.
Just like having the bird firmly in your hands and let it go. Now that bird (a Magpie) is constantly coming back and attack the back of your head every time you are walking past his territory. OUCH!!!
Nevertheless a big NO Vote can still be counted as valid to send them a wake up signal, although the Board doesn't have to take any notice of it for at least another twelve months.
