Andelas, I agree 100%, there is no doubt this is preferred treatment and in most cases it is unwarranted.

I think a fair outcome would be to make all offers available to both sophisticated investors as well as investors who have a significant investment $25k or more or have been a longer term investor, maybe 6 months or more.

Not sure how we should agitate for this to occur, maybe get a bit of media coverage and ask Stephen Mayne to get involved.
