    India and China wage battle for control of Rocklands coal company, with China energy group raising its offer to $197 million.India's jindal steel and power offered $154 million.Rocklands has coal tenements in Queensland which it estimates to hold 900 million tons of coal.I still find it difficult to understand why rey has not attracted more attention,maybe the new year will surprize.
