Raider, your argument is wrong. There is currently no evidence that nano particles of titanium in some undisclosed "suboxide" form are harmful to human health. Anything is currently pure speculation. On the other hand it is well known that mining coal, without taking the correct precautions, can be harmful to health. Asbestos can cause mesothelioma, a form of cancer. That has been established. There is no argument. The evidence is there.
The burden of proof lies on those making the claim. Using black lung or mesothelioma is a false analogy. The same argument would go for opponents of aspartame.
