Fundamentals point to a medium/long term bull-market in energy resources, unlike, say some base metals (for instance, China is now a net exporter of steel). I think there will be times ahead when the bull run will be called 'finished', you'll find this most from government and certain institutions - but all fundamental indicators point to something different entirely.
