If they did this it would be illegal. I dont think these people would risk this when they could buy the majority of the company for a bargain at 8.7 cents and not have to do anything shady.
I think its the best thing that happened to drg with these guys gaining control.We still have 6.1 million and people that have a proven success record in coal.They have put there money up as they see value in the company !!!Cant get any better then that .Will continue to buy!
