    This appears to be a by-product of the syngas cleaning/drying before it enters the FT train. From the composition given it is pretty poor stuff. Possibly rather nasty as it contains polyaromatic hydrocarbons which are generally carcinogens.So it is better regarded as a waste product than a by product. The asking price says it all.
