I think I have rightly describe it as pear shape given that all the things Kos banged on about like funds ( none yet ) and share issue ( none yet ) have not occurred. These were key items on the agenda to which a market noticed was issued. A corporate deal of this magnitude should have bedded immediately the shares and cash without delay .
Until such a notice appears I will remain sceptical about the level of good faith and professionalism in both camps.
