    The way to describe CES is that this is a sleeping dragon ready to explode with fire and rage when any news of offtake agreement is mentioned. At the moment it is cheap as chips for what could possibly be a great coal miner very soon.
    News is just around the corner so folks who are interested in investing in coal I suggest you do the research on this one as it is cheap as chips IMO.
