You are dreaming if you think these guys are experts in all the fields required to deliver the required varieties of energy sources to the market. It is a road map based on a bunch of assumptions and some of them very loose I reckon. Coal will be burned longer than they think if they can't approve more gas to market which is proving very problematic atm.

Anyway, its a start I suppose....
